Well I’m happy to report that brand loyalty is still alive and kicking and this is the saviour for a lot of these businesses, however in a tight and competitive market I’m sad to say that the loyal stranglehold they currently have may start to wear thin if we the consumer are thinking our love is not reciprocated…

Starting and building a database is simple and less invasive than you think, PLEASE ask for advice if you don’t currently have one. For those that do have a database and do not communicate with them your time is ticking. I’m not lying or trying to scare you… This is a fact..
