The project

Parklea’s rebranding was in preparation for their relocation to new offices and launch of future estates. That Marketing Company looked to update their brand while maintaining their long standing image as a major player in the growth of the South East.

Brand innovation

Through research and brand strategy workshops, we established the following brand requirements:

  • Bold and proud
  • Upmarket, yet approachable
  • Modern, yet established
  • Strong and resilient

The Brand

We created a brand that Parklea are proud of, rolling out a suite of resources including a new website, stationery, office signage, media banners, uniform, and much more.

We replaced Parklea’s former brand with a brand that is classic yet modern, clean and simple, without excessive icons. The main elements are a bold and personable font that lets the established Parklea name speak for itself. The black and white colour scheme is striking and professional.


A corporate and professional identity with longevity

As a property developer, Parklea have a number of projects which carry their own brand, logo and colours. It was important that the Parklea branding was strong, though never clashing with their project sub-brands.

Parklea brings Richmond Football Club to Cardinia

Parklea is dedicated to supporting how the community works, lives and plays. One initiative that is fully funded by Parklea is the association of Richmond Football Club in the South East region. Sponsoring the club enabled community events and programs to be brought to the South East – for example; Opening Training Sessions, Coach the Coaches education events, NAB Cup games, player appearances and representation, and various school programs in the region.

TMC was proud to manage events, create collateral and promote these initiatives on behalf of Parklea.
